Easy Beef Chili
An easy beef chili recipe to warm your belly this fall.

1 Large Pot
1 Stirring Utensil
1 Can Opener
1 Chef's Knife
1 Cutting Board
- 2 lbs Ground Beef lean
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 large White Onion diced
- 3 can Mrs Grimes Chili Beans, 15.5 oz each Mild or Spicy
- 5-6 whole Fresh, tomatoes, medium, diced OR 1 pint whole canned tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
In a large pot, sauté 1 large White Onion in 1 tbsp Olive Oil over medium heat, until onions are soft.
Add 2 lbs Ground Beef. Cook and crumble the beef until the pieces are small and browned through. Salt and Black pepper to taste.
Add 3 can Mrs Grimes Chili Beans, 15.5 oz each. Stir.
Add 5-6 whole Fresh, tomatoes, medium, diced, 1 pint of whole canned tomatoes. Stir.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for the next 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking/burning.
